Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge is due to give birth to her second baby later this month (or, next week if newspaper reports are correct). Not only does this mean another heir to the throne – it means a flurry of Royal baby paraphernalia.
The usual speculation over whether it will be a boy or girl, the name that will be chosen and of course how the future Queen will dress her new offspring is part of the course. And, after the excitement over The Duke and Duchesses first born Georges’ fashion it’s big business.
Prince George – who was born in 2013 – is a fashion icon beyond his years. The trendy tot has stepped out in many a British label that has then literally flown of the shelves and sold out in minutes – causing what is known as ‘The George Effect’ (See the post I did here).
Time will tell if the new little Prince or Princess will have the same reaction (I’m betting it will…)
