No, I’m not talking about MY underwear!
I’m talking about the fab brand Love my Smalls.
Love my Smalls is the perfect range of simple vests and tops made with 100% superfine merino wool. What’s all the fuss? Well, let me tell you I wondered this too. But, it wasn’t until Miss Marnie was sent a set to try that I realised what we had been missing.

A simple, yet so luxurious feeling vest and long sleeved top arrived in the most perfect shade of ‘misty pink’ (and, I normally avoid pink). The slim fit also meant they were perfect for layering up. But, these are not just any vests – these woolly tops are breathable (like second skin), absorbent (as they draw moisture away from the body) and machine washable (I was worried about washing them at first, but they seem to get better each time).
This makes them perfect for all seasons- as they are cool in summer and warm in winter and what’s more they stay fresh and clean – meaning kids can wear them/sleep in them all week before washing (in fact that what’s recommended). The tops are also a little longer in the body – ideal for tucking in and means no riding-up at play time. And, although meant as layers – Miss M will totally be wearing hers under her dungarees or with denim shorts and a cardigan come summer – the ‘perfectly muted’ colours mean they go with everything too.

Designed by two New Zealand mums living in the UK who couldn’t find their be-loved woolly items for their kids – so they designed them! Made with superfine ‘two-fold yarn’ wool from the sheep of New Zealand and Australia – they tested them on their 6 kids (between them) to get them exactly right!
Now, such beauty isn’t cheap: the vests are £26.95 and the longs are £39.95 – but you really are getting what you paid for. They don’t shrink and are built to last – they’re meant to be handed down to brothers and sisters. Hence the unisex shapes and colours.
This is investment buying – and saves on washing too!
Both styles come in a neutral, navy, pink and grey with a contrasting pop of fluoro stitching at the hems and fit children 2-12years.
Honestly, once your have tried merino wool you’ll wish you did it sooner.

These look lovely! Having used wool over cloth nappies I can say myself that there is nothing quite like wool for keeping warm, or cool and generally being a wonderful product to have next to skin! That pink really suits Marnie down to the ground too! xxx
