Our First Easter Bonnet! (Miss Marnie’s and my go at making one!) |
Pinterest is full of brilliant Easter crafts at the moment and I’ve been happily pinning away thinking yeah, yeah I can so do that. But, now I have gone back over my Easter board and sieved out the ones that us mamas really can actually you know do!
I mean it! These are the fool-proof pins even a toddler could do them (ok, maybe not all of them but you get the picture!).
These Easter crafts don’t require a full day shopping in Hobbycraft (although I actually wouldn’t mind that!), the patience of a saint or the crafting know how to rival Martha Stewart. Get your glue guns (hell, even your Pritt Stick) at the ready…
10 Extra Easy Easter Crafts YOU can really make! from Pinterest
1. CARD CARROT GARLAND from fiskars
This pict (below) shows you just how easy it is. Strips of coloured card and a stapler – if you don’t have crimped scissors straight edges work just as well.

2. EASTER M&M SUGAR CONES from
thesweetestbakerAs we don’t get the Easter M&M’s in the UK (although the M&M store in London has every colour you can dream of) the humble old pretty pastel Cabury’s Mini Eggs would work equally as well.
3. EASY BUNNY BAGS from CreativePartyIdeasbyCheryl
I mean could these be any easier – even a toddler could do these. But, they are so effective and would make a great party or gift bag. If you’re feeling especially crafty you could add ears to it too.
4. PAPER BUNNY & CHICKEN CUPS from parentinghealthybabies
How sweet are these? Could be used as drinking cups, gifts pots or as table decorations.
5. GOLD LEAF EASTER EGGS from sugarandcharm
These are so chic – I would use these for table decorations for Sunday lunch.
