Valentine’s day is only days away and I’m planning to make a cute treat-tea for Miss Marnie. Mr VIB and I aren’t really big into celebrating Valentine’s day (having been together for nearly 19 years…eek). We can’t bear to sit in a restaurant full of couples feeling like they need to go out and ‘be loved up’ either.
So, a special tea at home is how we will celebrate with Miss M (we will most likely have a takeaway and fall asleep on the sofa later on – romantic!)
Saying that I’ve been madly pinning on Pinterest (yes, my new fave place to be) and seeing what Valentines ideas are on there – and boy are there loads! You can see what I have pinned below.
I often pin away and read the posts later but, many of the ideas involve lots of props, the patience of a saint or a abundance of time.Which most mamas don’t have.
As a mama of a toddler – I want simple, easy and more importantly quick ideas to knock up during nap-time.
Here are some of my fave kids food ideas that would be easy to do for a sweet Valentine’s Day tea and you only need these 2 tools to do it:

This is adorable and sweet! AND your pictures look gorgeous. Happy Valentine's Day to you and your family!
Thank you so much for your lovely comments – although I have to confess the pictures are from Pinterest! My pictures weren't ready in time. I hope you like my new blog and thanks for stopping by.
